Post Production - Sound Report

First Ident

Within the first ident I have applied an audio track that gives suspense, since the ident itself is action themed it will build up suspense and tension throughout the first bit.

This is the audio track that I have decided to use.

I have edited the audio track so it repeats the first build up of tension, this is to make it connect with the visual.

Towards the end I have edited the audio track again to lower the volume so that I could apply my voiceover.

I then added a fade out transition effect on the audio towards the end, which fits with the visual fading out as well. I encountered one area of the visual that projected a lot of volume this didn't fit with the rest of the footage, so I lowered the volume until it was not as loud. Around towards I also lowered the volume in a gradual pace using key frames, this linked in with the visual where the logo fades in and the visual blurs into the background. This section was  made this way so that I could later implement my voiceover without any issues.

Second Ident

Within the second ident I have added in a few heart beat effects this is also to build tension and to attract the audience, it links well with the visual as the visual itself also blinks.

I then increased the audio to emphasise on the sound of the ball being hit for a moment.

I then lowered the volume so that I could apply my voiceover onto the ident, the volume lowering links with the visual blurring out the background with the Paramount logo fading in.

I have not implemented any background music in this as the visual works well with its natural audio. Within this ident near towards the end I have lowered the audio using key frames to make it go in a gradual pace, so that I can implement the voice over.
